bgwin does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. bgwin may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards:

• Payment processors: GCash (Mynt), Maya (Voyager Innovations), BDO Unibank, BPI, Metrobank, and USDT processing partners — to facilitate deposits and withdrawals.

Where personal data is transferred to, or processed by, systems or service providers located outside the Philippines, bgwin ensures that such transfers comply with Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the NPC's rules on cross-border data transfers.

Transfers to third countries are made only where: (a) the destination country has been assessed to provide an adequate level of data protection; (b) appropriate contractual safeguards (including standard contractual clauses approved by the NPC) are in place; or (c) the transfer is necessary for the performance of the contract with you (e.g., international payment processing for USDT transactions).

bgwin retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Active account data: Retained for the duration of your bgwin account and for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, in compliance with AMLA record-keeping requirements.
• KYC documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure or the last transaction, whichever is later.
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years in compliance with AMLA and Philippine tax regulations.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, bgwin securely destroys or anonymises personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures.

bgwin uses first-party cookies and similar tracking technologies on bgwin.win. bgwin does not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies. The cookies used by bgwin serve the following purposes:

bgwin does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age. bgwin's platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 21 and above in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.

bgwin implements age verification checks during registration and requires government-issued ID for KYC. If bgwin discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that data will be deleted immediately and the account permanently closed.

In the event that any third-party reference is ever included for informational purposes, bgwin's Privacy Policy applies only to data collected on bgwin.win and through bgwin's own services. bgwin is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party platform. Players are encouraged to review the privacy policies of any external services they use in connection with their bgwin account (e.g., GCash, Maya) directly with those service providers.

bgwin may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements, platform features, or data processing practices.
