These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bgwin ("bgwin", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bgwin.win. • You warrant that you are at least 21 years old at the time of registration.

• Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and the matter may be reported to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time you access bgwin.
• You must not be a person who has voluntarily self-excluded from bgwin or any associated platform.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) bgwin account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and active Philippine mobile number.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bgwin will never ask for your password via chat, SMS, or email.
• You must notify bgwin immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• bgwin reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified will result in account restrictions including suspension of withdrawals.
• Only one bgwin account is permitted per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method, unless otherwise approved in writing by bgwin.

bgwin accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BDO, BPI, Metrobank bank transfer, and USDT stablecoin. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless explicitly stated otherwise for USDT transactions.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 via GCash and Maya. Bank transfer minimums may vary.

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. Eligibility is determined by bgwin at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.

• bgwin uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted by professionally trained dealers under real-time video surveillance.
• Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system or live dealer, except in cases of demonstrable technical error.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to match commencement. Bets placed at confirmed odds will be honoured unless the event is subsequently cancelled or void conditions apply.
• bgwin reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed by an ineligible player, or placed in circumstances of suspected fraud or system manipulation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bgwin and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account for any individual person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity in violation of the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and related legislation.
• Using any automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or scripting tools to interact with the bgwin platform in a manner not explicitly authorised by bgwin.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker and live table games.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversing legitimate transactions through your payment provider after receiving gaming services from bgwin.

• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to use your bgwin account.

bgwin cooperates fully with the Philippine National Police (PNP), NBI, AMLC, and other competent authorities in connection with any criminal investigation related to platform activity.

All content on bgwin.win — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, interface design, text, trademarks, logos, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bgwin or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use bgwin solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, or create derivative works from any bgwin content without prior written authorisation from bgwin.
• The bgwin name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of bgwin. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bgwin's liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to bgwin in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date of the claim.

• bgwin is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if bgwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• bgwin is not responsible for losses arising from network downtime, third-party payment processor delays, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond bgwin's reasonable control.
• Gambling inherently involves financial risk. bgwin does not guarantee that you will win any bet, and you accept all financial risk associated with gaming activity on the platform.

bgwin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and bgwin's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on bgwin, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• bgwin will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• bgwin shares data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, and deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements and the limitations described in the Privacy Policy.

bgwin is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.

• Multiple accounts identified for the same individual or household.
• Account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.

• Instigation of a chargeback or reversal of a legitimate transaction.

Upon termination for cause, bgwin may forfeit any bonus balances. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method, net of any outstanding wagering obligations, unless the account was closed due to fraud, money laundering, or regulatory instruction.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of bgwin shall first be referred to bgwin's customer support team for informal resolution.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or to binding arbitration as may be mutually agreed between the parties.

bgwin operates in alignment with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulatory framework. Complaints regarding bgwin's gaming operations may be directed to PAGCOR through official channels.

bgwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their bgwin account, or by prominent notice on the bgwin platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of bgwin following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using bgwin and close your account before the effective date of the change.
